About the role Mater Private Hospital Townsville has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our busy Patient Services Department. This is a casual position averaging 2–4 shifts per week , dependent on hospital activity levels. We are seeking a flexible and reliable individual, with shifts rostered between 5:45am and 10:00pm , Monday to Sunday . The Patient Services teams are accountable for the end-to-end patient journey. These key functions include theatre bookings/administration, patient registration, admissions and customer experience, ward reception, health records, patient billings, public contracts and sessional suites. Salary range: $32.02 - $37.35 per hours plus 25% Casual Loading plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
