Assembly Mechanic-Quality Company: Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Assembly Mechanic-Quality to support the Weapons team in Saint Charles, MO! The primary responsibility of this role is to inspect and verify products on the shop floor which impact production. This include the assembly of, the installation of, and test of both structural and electrical components/systems according to engineering specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical assembly, quality inspection, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Position Responsibilities: This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. - Perform in-process inspections (e.g., hole check, torque, seal squeeze out, cold work, finishes). - Inspect electrical assemblies (e.g., installation, crimping, termination, routing).
