Job description

Position Summary: The Safety Coordinator ensures a safe workplace and OSHA compliance by collaborating with Operations Personnel to implement proactive, behavior-based safety practices. Key responsibilities include fostering personal accountability, preventing incidents, and conducting audits and risk assessments to sustain regulatory and company compliance. Essential Functions: - Conduct audits, hazard analysis of project operations, and assist in updating and maintaining company safety manual. - May provide training for New Hire Orientation, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10, Competent Person and other OSHA mandated training Asbestos. - Responsibilities are focused on maintaining the safest possible workplace and OSHA Compliance. - Hands-on and interact with our field personnel and management team daily. - Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, standards, policies and/or procedures. - Foster a team environment when advising on needed corrections. - C ultivate positive and productive working relationships with customer representatives to ensure they are satisfied with our safe work practices and procedures, and work with crews to correct any issues t...
