This is not a sourcing-heavy recruiting role. This is a decision-making and conversion role where you meet candidates, assess fit, and guide them into a successful start with our team. You will own the most critical moments in the hiring process: the interview, the offer, and the transition into onboarding ensuring we bring in caregivers who are not only qualified, but aligned with how we care for our clients.
