The Global Head of Employee Communications will architect and activate one coherent 74Software story, aligning SBS and Axway around shared purpose and direction, while respecting distinct brand identities. In partnership with HR, leadership, transformation teams, and brand stakeholders, this role will ensure that communications actively shape and enhance the overall employee experience, not just inform and tell the story.
