Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – Nightcliff Campus Location: Nightcliff, NT: Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time (75 hours/fortnight) Schedule: Monday to Friday: About the Role: We are searching for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to work closely with our Educators at our Nightcliff Centre to provide quality care to young children in a stimulating, play-based environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement curriculum-aligned programs tailored to individual children. - Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment. - Observe, assess, and document children’s development. - Communicate effectively with families and caregivers. - Collaborate with educators to foster a supportive team culture. - Maintain accurate records of progress and attendance. - Participate in ongoing professional development. Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or ACECQA-approved ECT qualification. - Minimum 6 months’ experience as an ECT post-qualification. - Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Current Working with Children Check.
