Job Summary: Provides strategic leadership for the planning, development, and modernization of the electric grid. This role oversees capital project evaluation and funding, guiding feasibility analyses and investment strategies that support long term infrastructure goals and leads the design and implementation of renewable energy customer programs and new grid services that enable system reliability and operational excellence. Job Description: Directs proactive capital planning, including feasibility assessments, cost estimates, and funding strategies aligned with infrastructure needs to anticipate future demand and energy resource expansion aligned with long‑term grid investments with applicable federal and local energy policies, including Integrated Resource Planning requirements. Establishes frameworks that accelerate approval and construction of new transmission and distribution lines, streamlining permitting processes. Advances digitalization and intelligent operations to optimize asset performance.
