We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Portal Support Specialist to help build and grow our e-commerce platform. The Portal Support Specialist will collaborate closely with the Product Owner to develop and test new functionalities, while also serving as the first line of support for our internal business stakeholders and occasionally assisting customers. You will be working in a small team, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and support teams such as the IT team, external development teams and the Product Owner to maintain and enhance our platform’s performance and usability.
