You are responsible for the entire process, from order reception and preparation to order follow-up. As a driving force within our team, you are the key to customer satisfaction. You respond promptly and accurately to all practical questions from our customers regarding orders, delivery options, lead times, and any potential concerns. You oversee deliveries, delivery terms, and transportation while continuously working on analyzing and optimizing the flow of information and goods to our customers.
