In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of human resources activities designed to ensure an adequately trained, compensated and motivated workforce is available to meet the company's current and future organization needs. This role will report to the HR Manager and will support four plants located in Carlisle, PA. Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM with occasional need to work on other shifts to meet with employees, etc. Mon – Fri: Job Responsibilities: Provide coaching and consulting to managers and employees in the areas of performance management, compensation, employee retention, workforce planning, leader and employee development, positive employee relations practices, policy development and conflict resolution.
