**10 Hour Day Shift Opportunity** 6:30a-4:30p Monday through Thursday Serigraph is seeking a skilled and motivated individual with experience operating a multi-color inline screen press. We are looking for a dedicated Multi-Color Screen Press Operator to set up and operate our equipment, ensuring the achievement of established productivity and quality standards. If you possess a strong grasp of press systems, controls, and terminology, as well as a commitment to safety and quality, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Review job tickets to understand production specifications and press setup requirements. Operate multi-color presses and produce first-piece approvals independently. Ensure press runs meet production and quality standards in accordance with procedures. Conduct in-process checks, diagnose issues, and make necessary adjustments. Supervise and coordinate the work of backup press operators and press assistants. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on press equipment.
