Overview The Student Services Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for prospective, current, and former students, providing comprehensive support across Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Bursar functions. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless, student-centered experience from initial inquiry through graduation. In addition to core service responsibilities, the Student Services Specialist supports operational efficiency by assisting with workflow coordination and helping to ensure consistency in service delivery across Student Services.
