As Asset Manager for the Investor Limited partner, the primary goal is to work with the general partner to optimize performance and investment objectives, including monitoring property management operations With a strategic focus on driving profitability and property operations, the role ensures the long­term sustainability of portfolio assets. When complex issues arise, this position works with the general partner and the managing agent to devises and implements solutions that provide best possible outcomes for the investor. The ability to work independently on broad tasks is essential, requiring originality and accountability in decision making.
