Description Job Summary: Plans, organizes, and directs the day-to-day operations of the clinic. The clinical coordinator reports to the VP of Clinical Operations and/or CEO. Typical Duties: - Organizes the day to day clinical operations of the clinic. - Participates in training programs and professional development workshops and conferences. - Implements reinforcement plans and organizes performance matrices for team members. - Works with team members to correct deficiencies and implements corrective action and discipline. - Conducts surveys/studies relevant to organizational management. - Completes reports related to recruitment, special programs, and professional development. - Assists the clinical leadership team with preparing and monitoring goals. - Prepares or coordinates preparation of financial and administrative reports; analyzes and interprets statistics, financial data, and management planning data for predicting resource needs. - Assists with the development of long and short-term goals.
