Delta Solutions is seeking a Global Sensor and Asset Manager Watch Officer to support the United States Space Command Joint Operations Center at Peterson AFB, CO. This position directly supports USSPACECOM’s Protect and Defend mission by ensuring the JOC Director is ready to conduct operations in the space Joint Operations Area. The GSAM Watch Officer will train with and directly support operational crews to provide the Battle Watch Commander with updates and recommendations regarding space support to theater operations throughout each shift. The ideal candidate is an individual who enjoys having their finger on the pulse of the Nation’s global space situational awareness missions, having daily insight into the deployment of US and other nation space capabilities, directly participating in Missile Warning / Missile Defense operations, having the lifestyle flexibility provided by operational crew shift schedules, and being a key contributor to decisions made by senior leaders in a combatant command.
