Job Description Overview Silent-Aire Limited Partnership is a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson Controls. Silent-Aire is a technology driven company that designs, engineers and manufactures hyperscale cooling and modular data center solutions. This role is located at our facility in Nisku and you must have a reliable transportation to commute. This role will be offered to work on a rotating day shift (6 AM - 6 PM, including weekends). Overview: The primary role of the Sealer/Prepper is to prepare equipment for painting through sealing, masking, sanding and other applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Operate sealing equipment or use filler to fill holes, dents, and seams. File, grind, and sand repaired body surfaces using hand and power tools. Mask and tape surfaces in preparation for painting. Mix, blend, and match paint colors. Apply primers and repaint surfaces using brush or spray guns. Monitor parts usage and report on any materials issues. Assist in ordering replacement equipment, parts and supplies. Perform in a team environment with minimal supervision.
