Bank Registered Nurse - Surgical Ward | Harpenden | Long days and Nights | Mon - Sun Spire Harpenden Hospital have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse to join our highly skilled, friendly and welcoming ward team on the bank. Spire Harpenden Hospital offers a modern, well-equipped clinical environment designed to support high-quality patient care. The hospital features 64 private en-suite patient rooms , providing a comfortable and private setting for recovery, alongside five operating theatres , including specialist laminar flow theatres for orthopaedic procedures. Duties and responsibilities: - You will support in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload. - Assist in the delivery of care to meet the individuals’ health and wellbeing needs. - Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information. - Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
