As our company expands, you will help strengthen our Legal function, working alongside an experienced Legal Counsel and reporting directly to the COO. You will support our international operations and provide business-oriented legal advice that directly impacts growth. This role will put you at the center of high-stakes commercial negotiations, global compliance, and intellectual property strategy in a fast-paced and international environment. Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, software license and implementation agreements, DPAs, and support/maintenance contracts. Advisory Support: Provide timely, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Partnerships, Finance) and help balance risk with commercial objectives....
