Position Overview: - Department: Monitor Room Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available: - Full-Time Nights, 3 12-Hour Shifts, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - Work Location: UAB St. Vincent's Birmingham - Benefits for eligible positions only include: generous paid time off, paid parental leave, Associate Assistance Program, Tuition Reimbursement Program, and more What You Will Do: Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the telemetry department. - Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates. - Serve as a technical or functional resource and perform similar duties with staff. - Assign, monitor and review progress of work. Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures. - Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance. Education: - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
