Facilities Technician (Nampa)

onsemi is looking to hire a Facilities Technician to support operations at our Nampa, ID site. Working as a Facilities Technician, you will be a part of a cross-functional facilities team responsible for all aspects of facilities maintenance and operations, material handling, emergency response, and other security-related tasks. You are expected to diligently learn new skills and share your knowledge of your trade with others on your team. Shift Work Schedule: Compressed 12-hour shift. Day-shift employees will rotate to night shifts, and vice versa, every 3 to 4 months, with an additional 15% differential for night shifts. positions: - Shift F Wed – Fri (every other Sat) 6 pm - 6 am Shift A Sunday, Monday, Tuesday e/o Wednesday 6 am- 6 pm Responsibilities: - Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security - Follow safety procedures and area work rules, including proper PPE, lockout, and chemical safety. - Perform Job Hazard Analysis for non-routine tasks where hazards are not understood before doing the task. - Operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturer and company guidelines. - Use proper lifting techniques and work ergonomically correctly. - Identify and promptly re...
