Sign on Bonus Purpose: Children’s Mobile Crisis Teams (CMCT) were created to provide a viable alternative to psychiatric emergency rooms for children and young adults age 0 to 20 who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Staten Island CMCT will respond to a child/young adult in crisis at home, school, or elsewhere in the Staten Island community.
