ROLE PURPOSE: The Program Manager will apply leadership and innovation as the life force that sustains and enhances our programs. This position will make a difference by meeting the needs of our clients, funders, and regulators. The manager inspires excellence and purpose into the program by planning, organizing, staffing, and monitoring activities that ensure key targets are achieved. REPORTING AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: - Reports and is accountable to the Senior Manager of Programs or their designate - Participates as a member of Connective's management team - Liaises with government and community agencies, volunteers, and members of the general public LOCATION: Prince George, BC. ACES and Prince George Outreach. STATUS: Exempt. This position is open to applicants of all genders. HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 0830 - 1630.
