Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have an opening for a Dynamic District Manager with a strong Contract Dining Services background who will share and reinforce our culture, values and attributes creating an environment for personal growth, enrichment and career success. We are a FAMILY-DRIVEN company that collaborates with its Client Partners to deliver RESTAURANT-INSPIRED hospitality to each and every guest in the Healthcare, Education, and Corporate Dining Industries. The District Manager’s primary role is to serve as a leadership and support resource to General Managers and Food Service Team Members while balancing the needs and goals of our Client-Partners and business goals. The Leadership role is broad, encompassing responsibility for growth of sales, profits and employees in the DM’s primary operating area. The District Manager is expected to model The Metz Culinary Management Corporate Values and Employee Attributes in the exercise of his/her responsibilities.
