Agency Aga Khan Foundation: Salary: Salary and package to attract the best candidate Region: Europe: The requirements: Qualifications: - NVQ Level in Maintenance Operations, plumbing, electrics, joinery/carpentry, painting & decorating or similar qualification would be an advantage Experience: - Experience of managing third-party contractors - Experience in working with complex mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems - Experience in completing planned preventative maintenance for hard & soft services - Experience of working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment - Experience in a similar field e.g. school, university or charity Skills: - Good interpersonal, customer care & liaison with a wide range of stakeholders - Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical personnel & to successfully manage time, plans & other related tasks - Ability to continuously meet targets & surpass expectations - Excellent client facing skills with the confidence to deal with people at all levels - Capable of working independently & collaboratively as part of a wider team - Self-motivated, action-focused & with a proactive approach - Basic computer literacy - Ability to follow organisation...
