Talent Attraction, Development & Training Leader - Houston, TX LOCATION: Houston - Texas - USA Purpose: Collaborates in recruiting & selection activities in the region, and in the implementation of Personnel Development plans, people reviews and in the Performance Appraisal Process. Designs, develops and monitors training activities for the Region in compliance with global Tenaris University guidelines, and according with the position and personnel development plans. Main Responsibilities: Support Talent Attraction strategy and execution Contribute to the design and execution of recruiting strategies, including campus initiatives, early career pipelines, and targeted sourcing to attract talent aligned with business needs (e.g., Field Services and operational roles).
