Job Summary: The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while handling all customer transactions in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The Cashier plays an essential role in ensuring that each customer’s experience is positive and seamless, from taking their order to processing payments accurately. Cashiers also maintain a clean and organized front-line area and work as part of a team to support the overall store operation. Qualifications: Customer Service: - Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. - Take customer orders, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations as needed. - Process customer payments quickly and accurately using the register and various forms of payment (cash, credit cards, etc.). - Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and ensure a positive resolution.
