We are seeking two experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team on a major Data Centre Project. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of the project, taking ownership of cost control, subcontractor management, and client engagement. As a senior member of the commercial team, you will lead on procurement, oversee multiple complex subcontract packages, and provide strategic commercial guidance to ensure project success. This is a key leadership role, requiring strong technical, financial, and people management skills.
