We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator in Kingsgrove to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team play a key role in delivering a responsive, high‑quality service experience while supporting contract performance and operational excellence. Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Coordinating the end-to-end work order lifecycle across multiple contracts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with KPIs and SLAs. Acting as a senior point of contact for complex queries and escalations, providing clear, compassionate, and professional communication to customers and stakeholders. Supporting service delivery partners and internal teams to maintain smooth workflows, proactive issue resolution, and strong service outcomes. Reviewing, finalising, and validating work orders, claims, and invoicing to support commercial accuracy and contract performance.
