Who we are looking for The Senior Associate, ETF Settlements is responsible for the accurate and timely settlement of primary-market ETF creation and redemption activity, including both in-kind and cash transactions. This role supports daily interaction with Authorized Participants (APs), brokers, custodians, and internal ETF servicing teams, while maintaining strong operational controls and supporting process improvement initiatives across the ETF settlement lifecycle What you will be responsible for ETF Order Settlement: Execute, monitor, and ensure timely settlement of ETF creations and redemptions (in-kind and cash) via NSCC/DTC and international CSDs, including collateralized DVP/FoP flows Review and validate order confirmations, settlement instructions, and applicable fees prior to release. Proactively investigate and resolve settlement fails, cash breaks, and position discrepancies. Operational Controls & Risk Management: Perform preparer and reviewer control functions in accordance with documented SOPs and risk standards.
