Dealership: L0256 Access Ford of Corpus Christi Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Corpus Christi Mobile Service Technician The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for performing automotive repairs and maintenance at customer locations, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, adaptability, and customer service skills to deliver high-quality service in a mobile environment. This individual will utilize their skills to diagnose and resolve automotive issues swiftly. The Mobile Service Technician works independently and in coordination with Service personnel and management to ensure customer satisfaction. The Mobile Service Technician reports to the Service Manager. Responsibilities: - Travel to customer and on-site locations to perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and warranty recall services. - Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in line with Lithia and manufacturer standards - Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform authorized repairs on-site - Be knowledgeable and skilled in performing all available warranty recalls remotely. - Occasionally service multiple vehicles...
