The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the property. This role ensures all common areas and assigned spaces meet established health, cleanliness, and safety standards while providing excellent service to residents and guests. Duties and Essential Functions: Clean and maintain hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and all common rooms (including party rooms, children’s playrooms, and fitness centers) to ensure health and sanitation standards are met. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooing equipment. Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays, dispose of trash properly, and transport waste to designated disposal areas. Carry and replenish toilet items and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts. Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing or waxing machines. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Maintain storage areas and cleaning carts in a well-stocked, clean, and organized condition. Remove debris from driveways, garages, and pool areas.
