Department Overview OHSU Family Medicine is part of OHSU School of Medicine. OHSU Family Medicine focuses on family health. We provide preventive, primary and specialty care for you, your children, your spouse, your parents and your grandparents. We provide all that family medicine has to offer - from maternity care through geriatrics. Our clinics are home to more than 120,000 patients every year, but despite the large number, our physicians, nurses and other clinic staff know their patients - and their families - by name. The Clinical Associate APP delivers care aligned with a defined scope of practice in Family Medicine, with work expectations operationalized through departmental workflows, productivity standards, and performance expectations consistent with the CBA and institutional policies. This role is structured to meet contract-defined work expectations of 1792 hours per year, inclusive of daytime (AM, PM and Evening sessions) coverage Monday - Sunday, aligned with the clinical coverage model and patient care needs of the service.
