Croft Veterinary Practice are looking to expand their Nursing team by recruiting for a Patient Care Assistant. In this role you have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and friendly team while gaining experience in the veterinary industry. Your role will include: This role is a career in itself, and the Patient Care Assistant role within Crofts comes with great progression. As a Patient Care Assistant, it is also a great way to get your foot in the door if looking to progress into Veterinary Nursing. - Assisting the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Nurses - Covering reception occasionally - Animal handling - Helping the inpatient nurse care for the patients - Assisting in preparing animals for surgeries - Liaising with the operating team to set up in between procedures - assisting in ultrasounds and much more!
