Job DetailsJob Location: Fleischer - Berkeley, MO 63134Job Category: WarehouseJOB TITLE: Warehouse Coordinator REPORTS TO: Warehouse Supervisor / Supply Chain Manager FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt: JOB SUMMARY: Works independently with limited direction from Warehouse Supervisor. Coordinates daily warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving. Handles basic maintenance of the department and reports larger projects to the Maintenance group. Duties include but are not limited to: Review current sales orders and create pick tickets for the warehouse team. Reports issues or special shipping requirements to warehouse supervisor. Creates all BOL’s and other shipping / receiving documents including those for hazmat and export shipments. Enter appropriate information into customer portals, schedule LTL and full truckload shipments, as well as UPS and FedEx shipments. Responsible for making sure that all outgoing orders are shipped out accurately and in a timely manner. Will receive and enter documents into the LHB software system.
