About the Team: We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the full operations of our Electronics Plant in Częstochowa and drive its strategic development in line with the company`s long-term goals. The facility employs approximately 700 people, and the Plant Manager plays a key role in guiding the organization, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting continuous growth.
