Job description
Objective: Support process improvement efforts, projects and initiatives of the company. This role aides in executing protocols to ensure the most efficient ways to best utilize people, machines, materials, information, etc to provide process improvements. The PP Manager begins to provide individual contribution to problem-solving efforts on selected projects to optimize worker efficiency, yield improvement, waste reduction and workplace optimization along with accurate cost standards and procedures. Role and Responsibilities: · Create an auditing process of current production protocols in place at our sow farms · Utilizing the auditing mechanism created determine efficiencies and ensure each sow farm is compliant in their process. · Develop a tracking system to determine inefficiencies and achieve 100% compliance of all processes across the system. · Supporting and verifying that anyone coming into contact with our pigs are handled, cared for and maintained according to our policy. · Conducting ongoing analysis of processes in line with industry regulations and implement variations to maximize outcomes · Troubleshoot and improve process to maximize outcomes · Assist in modifying a...
