Location Malton, North Yorkshire: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: Key Behavioural Competencies: - Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) - Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a strong statistical/analytical background - Proficiency with forecasting tools and methodologies - Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities - Confident communicator with the ability to present insights to stakeholders - Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional relationship skills - Proactive and committed to continuous improvement - Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience: - SAP system knowledge - Knowledge of shelf-life and stock rotation requirements in food production - Willingness to undertake additional duties and provide cross-team support as needed Company Information: Sofina Foods is more than just a food company.
