PART TIME - 4 Hours/Day The Office Associate plays a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position works closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to manage the flow of goods, materials, and information. Under general direction, the Office Associate provides fully proficient administrative support to managers and professionals, coordinates departmental projects, and prepares correspondence and reports. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Office Associate also assists the General Manager and leadership team with scheduling, meeting planning, and small projects. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic logistics environment.
