POSITION SUMMARY: The Drywall Foreman is responsible for oversight, training, and coordinating the day-to-day activities at assigned job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review construction documents and collaborate with PM to create an overall plan for execution of work. - Prepare/Publish 6 week look ahead schedule and perform ongoing updates weekly. - Order construction materials and coordinate deliveries. - Manage the ordering/terminating of rental equipment (internal and external) and maintain tool/equipment log. - Coordinate all manpower needs with the SPG Group Superintendent. - Direct crew on work tasks to be performed and establish daily goals. - Monitor tradesmen production and make corrections when production expectations are not met. - Complete time sheets for all tradesmen on cr...
