This Revenue Growth Manager, Cereals role at Kellanova is a high-impact opportunity to shape how one of the world’s most iconic breakfast brands grows profitably in the Italian market. Based in Vimercate, Milan, this hybrid role sits at the heart of commercial decision-making, blending strategic thinking with hands-on analysis to influence pricing, promotions, and trade investment across Ready to Eat Cereals. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months; in this role you will play a critical role representing the global brands every day. Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams, the role turns complex data into clear, confident recommendations. By bringing clarity to price, promo, PPA, mix, and trade strategies, the Revenue Growth Manager helps ensure smart, sustainable growth while keeping the consumer, the customer, and the P&L firmly in focus.
