The Opportunity: This Program Lead will be focused on change adoption and saturation throughout the Distribution & Service Transformation journey. The Program Lead partners closely with executive sponsors to translate strategy into action by building and maintaining roadmaps that enable sustainable change. The role works in close collaboration with communications and change partners across P&C to support adoption, ensure readiness, and identify training needs that enable successful outcomes.
