Department: 12710 Enterprise Corporate - Patient Access & Care Team: Care Coordination Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday - Friday 10:00a-6:30p Experience in Epic specialty scheduling such as Orthopedics, Cardiology, Dermatology, General Surgery, Neurology, ENT, and OB/GYN is highly preferred. Pay Range: $21.45 - $32.20 Responsible for the coordination of care for referral orders within the Medical Group. Facilitates appropriate and prompt access to providers and/or medical services across the system. Reviews work queues to identify unscheduled ordered services and connects with the patient to schedule the appropriate service. Schedules appointments including complex specialty appointments and adheres to appropriate protocols. Communicates to the patient all pre and post appointment instructions (i.e., medication guidelines, food/beverage consumption guidelines, check in procedures, directions to facilities, etc.).
