The Manager of Data Science supports the Chief Actuary and the Actuarial & Analytics Department’s mission of championing the use of data for critical company decision making. This individual provides both leadership and hands-on analytical expertise to advance UE’s use of data in decision-making. This role manages a team of data analysts while directly contributing to complex analytical projects. In addition, the Manager of Data Science partners closely with the Senior Director to execute on enterprise priorities, deliver actionable insights, and ensure best practices in data management, reporting, and analysis.
