Overnight Resident Support Staff (Per-Diem)

Description New Generation, a program of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, is looking for a reliable and self-motivated Resident Support Staff (RSS) member to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a per-diem (as-needed) opportunity with potential Monday-Friday hours between 4:00pm-8:00am and Saturday-Sunday hours 8:00am-8:00am. This position includes 8 hours of sleeping time and pays $16/hr. The Resident Support Staff is responsible for providing one-on-one and group support to the residents of New Generation to help them achieve their goals as outlined in their action plans. The RSS also acts as a role model in establishing a sense of community for residents. Many pregnant and single mothers experience homelessness due to domestic violence, financial hardship, mental health issues and substance use, among other challenges. New Generation provides comprehensive support – including a family-oriented shelter, transitional housing and aftercare services – to empower mothers with the skills, confidence and resources to build self-sufficient lives for their families.
