About The Position: We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Test Engineering to lead a distributed team of 10-15 software and hardware validation engineers in driving product quality and process improvements across CenTrak’s Real Time Location Systems (RTLS) portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product reliability and customer satisfaction, working closely with the CTO and other engineering leaders to ensure timely, defect-free product launches. CenTrak’s diverse portfolio encompasses critical solutions, including Asset Tracking & Management, Nurse Call Automation, Clinical Operations and Workflow, Patient, Staff and Newborn Protection, Temperature Monitoring, and Hand-Hygiene Compliance/Infection Control hardware and IoT software programs.
