Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare all food items strictly adhering to Sunny Glen recipes and designated production quantities as written on the “Daily Production Sheet.” Must have a properly calibrated thermometer. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the day and follow departmental cleaning, sanitation, and closing procedures. Label and date all food items. Break down all cardboard boxes and discard them. Assist management in any way that is conducive to the successful and efficient operation of the Kitchen. Work the serving line and maintain proper portion control.
