Set-up Technician

Job description

Set-up and maintain insert folding equipment (Primary folders are GUK-Vijuk / MBO / Pratham). Other machines we run are tabbers, Piggyback insert marrying machine, stitcher and Vijuk serialization printer. Qualifications: JOB REQUIREMENTS: - High school diploma or G.E.D is appreciated but not required. - 3 to 5 years of related experience with any of the above-mentioned machines is helpful. - Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and work instructions. - Attention to detail is a must. - Good organizational skills. - Good mechanical skills. - Able to read, write and speak English is a plus but not necessary. - Oversee multiple machines and address any issues that affect quality or production. - Proper use of rulers in order to ensure correct product sizes. - Must be able to maintain good attendance. - Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job. - Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to interface with all departments.
