Job Description: Segment : Mars Petcare Contract : Permanent (CDI): Location : Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel (near to Orléans) Lead the Operations Team in order to deliver the determined divison KPIs, deliver the Business Plan Targets. The job holder provides strategic leadership for the Operational Excellence development and Value Leadership activities in line with the Global and Regional Supply Strategy Framework. The job design is based on the Global Supply Strategy Pillars like Safety, Quality, Production Performance, Investment execution and Cost Leadership. Co-ordinate the short and long term activities of the factory within established guidelines and standards in order to produce the highest quality, lowest cost product in a safe and food safe environment. Drive associate engagement and talent development of the department in order to have the right skills and capabilities at all level of the Department organisation set up. Look for opportunities to improve the way of working, responsibility deployment also the resource development is part of the crucial element of the job design.
