In this role, you'll: Deliver exceptional customer service, undertaking a broad range of station functions and assist with enquiries, travel bookings and connecting services. Be responsible for the presentation and maintenance of the station, including daily cleaning of trains, as well as assisting with luggage for the regional services. Work alongside our train crew and other stakeholders ensuring safety standards are met and proactively seeking opportunities to minimise potential risks that may arise. This part-time Customer Attendant role is a Fixed-term opportunity until end of Januray 2027, working 3 hours a day, minimum of 15 hours per week on a rotating roster.
