Job description

The Project Manager Fleet Interventions is responsible for the end-to-end execution of the scope of work for a vessel intervention period (maintenance, repair, mobilisation, conversion, installation of mission equipment, ..) and redelivery. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to stringent quality and safety standards, while also obtaining high vessel performance and reliability post-redelivery. Your responsibilities Strategic Project Leadership: Employ exceptional organizational and planning skills to manage project complexities, ensure the vessel's optimal performance upon redelivery, oversee the entire project scope for efficient and effective task execution, and conduct daily meetings focused on progress and optimization . Stakeholder Management for Project Advancement : Engage in consultative discussions with the Technical Works Manager and Technical Supervisors, and seek advice from Procurement and the Vessel Manager, while maintaining outstanding communication with team members and keeping the vessel manager informed about project progress and budget.
